Enter your details and click “cancel now”. Your cancellation is then submitted immediately. We will send you a confirmation by email right away.

Did you subscribe to FamPrio Plus in the iPhone app? Then you cancel in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. We cannot cancel Apple subscriptions for you. Open Apple subscriptions

Type of cancellation

Only needed for an extraordinary cancellation.

Leave empty = at the next possible date.

For an ordinary cancellation you do not have to give a reason. We only need a reason for an extraordinary cancellation.
