Save your favourite places, the spots you've been and ideas for later: the restaurant from your holiday, that lovely zoo, the playground round the corner or the places you still want to visit together.
Find the places you've been
Sometimes you remember a town, a day out or a restaurant, but not the name. FamPrio helps you save places like these.
A to-visit list for family days out
Gather up lovely zoos, days out, playgrounds, towns, restaurants or holiday spots you still want to visit together.
Your family's favourite places
Mark the places that matter to you: home, school, nursery, the sports club, the grandparents, your favourite park or special family spots.
Locations when you need them
Location sharing stays voluntary and in your control. Your family decides when and to whom a location is visible.
Real-time locations and your everyday places – only with consent.
See at a calm glance whether someone has arrived safely, and set the places of your everyday life: home, school, work, the grandparents. Sharing your location is always voluntary – each person agrees on their own device and can revoke the sharing at any time.
Blended-family logistics
Who's picking Hanna up today? You or your ex? Location sharing within the family shows it without debate — whoever's closest does the pickup.
What you get
- Children under 13: permanent parent sharing only after setup on the child's device, revocable anytime.
- The map data comes from a European provider.
Common questions
- Can I secretly see my child's location?
No. The confirmation has to happen on the child's device. For children under 13 permanent parent sharing is possible, but the child permanently sees a banner "Mum/Dad can see your location" and can revoke it anytime.
- Where is the location stored?
Your live position is transmitted only briefly and not stored permanently. Only the permissions themselves — who agreed to share with whom and for how long — sit on our servers in Frankfurt.
Your family atlas for special places.
Collect the places that tell your family's story: the favourite restaurant, travel destinations, spots full of memories and ideas for later – with no live positions at all. And new: tag who you were there with, for every place.
A child travelling to Grandma's alone
Liam (13) takes the bus to Grandma's. You ask via the app: "Share your location for 1 hour?" Liam taps OK. You see when he's arrived — then the sharing automatically ends.
Traffic-jam communication
Tom is stuck in traffic, an hour longer than planned. Instead of calling three times, you open the map: he's still 30 km away, all good.
Who were you there with?
The day out with the grandparents, dinner with friends: tag who was there, right on the place. New people are added in seconds – a name is enough, photo optional – and they automatically appear in your contact book.
What you get
- Consent on your own device: the person gets the request as a notification and says yes or no themselves.
- Three levels: 1 hour, until revoked, or share with the whole family.
- Tag people at a place: family members and contacts can be linked to any place – so even years later you'll still know who you shared the moment with.
- Added once, usable everywhere: new people from the Atlas are automatically available in the contact book too.
