Report illegal content

Anyone can use this page to report content they believe is illegal – even without a FamPrio account and without signing in (Art. 16 Digital Services Act). We confirm receipt by email, review the report carefully and tell you our decision.

If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, please call the police first (emergency number 112 or 110).

Where is the content?

Give the exact web address (URL). If the content is in a closed area of the app, describe it as precisely as you can: area (e.g. community, chat, gallery), name of the group or person, date and roughly what it says.

Why is the content illegal?

Explain in your own words which right or law is violated, for example insult, violation of the right to your own image, fraud or copyright.

Then you do not have to give your name or email address. We handle such reports first. You can also contact the police or an internet hotline.

Name and email address are required unless the report is about sexual abuse of children. Without an email address we can neither confirm receipt nor tell you our decision.

I am convinced in good faith that the information in this report is accurate and complete.

We only use your details to review the report and to reply to you. We delete your name and email address together with the report, 12 months after it has been closed. We do not pass your name on to the person concerned unless the law strictly requires it.
